A large, bronze baby macaw struggles and screeches from an awkward position on the ground. Loud, self-confident, and active, macaws are the symbol of creative intelligence, inspiration, and freedom. Relying on traditional skills of representation, Macaw connotes both a serious and humorous effect. Macaws are colorful birds in the parrot family that live up to 50 years. In North America, the birds spend their lives caged or indoors. This powerful work can be positioned either outdoors or indoors.
